Heroic Tribute to Insanity
I hate this kind of achievements and i think, i am really not the only one! We lost it a few times due to server lag in phase 3 or random dcs, and other times because of us failing 
, but in the end we got it: Heroic Tribute to Insanity! And no, we do not plan to attempt Immortality any time soon!
